Job summary

Goodwill of North Central West Virginia is seeking a Retail Operations Associate for a night shift role in a large warehouse and outlet store. You will be responsible for receiving, moving, storing and stocking materials to support operations, using equipment like a compactor, bale machine and hand truck as needed.

Ideal candidates have experience in production or warehouse settings and can work safely during night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, material movement or warehouse organization is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Reliable team member with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct and position containers and receptacles for loading and sorting.
• Move freight and materials to and from storage areas and delivery vehicles by hand or equipment.
• Load and unload outlet tables and relocate materials within the warehouse and outlet store.
• Clean, mop and organize warehouse spaces to maintain clear aisles and safe walkways.
