Job summary

Goodwill SWPA is hiring a Retail Operations Specialist – Forklift Operator in Morgantown, WV. You will receive, move, store, and stock materials in a large warehouse facility and outlet store, operating a forklift and related equipment.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, organizing by category, keeping aisles clear, and assisting with overall warehouse upkeep. The role requires reliable attendance and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with production, material movement, or warehouse organization and previous forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles by hand or using assigned equipment, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.
• Direct and position receptacles, such as tables, gaylords, bins, totes, or other containers so they can be loaded, including trash receptacles.
• Clean, mop, take out trash, de-clutter, reorganize, etc. to ensure the warehouse is free from debris, trash, and aisle and walkways are clear of hazards or obstacles, as needed or assigned.
• Operate forklift to assist and support with essential materials handling.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers in accordance with established guidelines.
