Performance Foodservice in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to pick cases and containers for customer orders from multi-level rack storage. You will use an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap, label, and load pallets for shipment, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs, standing and walking during shifts, and working a Sunday through Thursday night schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Become EPJ certified during new-hire training.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and move pallets to shipping area.
• Wrap and label pallets and prepare for shipment.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complete shift documentation and equipment checks.
