Job summary

Crescent Crown Distributing, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate for the Lafayette, LA area. The role supports PM shift activities including loading, receiving, replenishment, and returns, while ensuring safe forklift operation and pre-trip inspections.

The position requires working a fast-paced environment with the possibility of extended hours and a pay structure based on performance and accuracy. Prior food/beverage or similar fast-paced picking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and in a team.
• Willingness to extended hours as needed.
• Prior forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse functions of PM shift, including loading, receiving, replenishment, and returns.
• Operate and pre-trip inspect forklifts; maintain safety policies.
• Pull orders with ride/walk pallet jack for next-day delivery.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrate accuracy and speed with piece-work pay structure.
