McDonald Wholesale LLC is seeking a Night Order Selector for its Sacramento, CA warehouse. This full-time, non-exempt position involves reading orders, building pallets, loading trucks, and ensuring accurate shipment of products. Work hours start at 12:30 pm, four 10-hour shifts per week.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in a warehouse, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb (80 lb occasionally). Forklift training or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year prior warehouse experience.
• Forklift training or certification preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands: lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally 80 lbs.
• Read and understand customer orders and paperwork.
• Night shift environment; overtime as needed.
• Work in temperature controlled zones from -10 F to ambient.

Responsibilities

• Read customer order or shipping order to determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
• Build pallets with orders and wrap before loading on trucks.
• Drive forklifts and riding pallet jacks safely and efficiently to transport items.
• Use voice picking system to complete orders.
• Pick products and assemble customer orders from stock.
• Move products to packing station or staging area for loading onto trucks.
• Ensure safe handling and security of all products per HACCP and company policies.
• Aim for high accuracy and meet warehouse goals.
• Collaborate with shift supervisor and team to improve processes.
