Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking candidates to join our warehouse team in Hickory, NC to pick cases and load shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts. You will operate in a multi-temperature environment, follow safety procedures, and contribute to timely order fulfillment.

The role offers competitive pay with a $21.03 per hour base and a $0.25 differential after 7pm, plus comprehensive Day 1 benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/evening shifts and overtime as needed.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting repeatedly during shifts.
• Comfort with multi-temperature storage environments (dry/cooler/freezer).

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack/ forklift, ensure safety, wrap and label for shipment.
• Move completed orders to loading dock in a timely, safe manner.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the production flow.
• Operate within the team to support distribution operations.
