Job summary

Graves Foods in Jefferson City, MO is seeking an Order Selector to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment in our warehouse. This role involves selecting, packing, and shipping products, maintaining inventory levels, and working safely to meet daily production targets.

You will operate an electric double pallet jack, follow voice picking systems, and adhere to standard operating procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training is often provided.
• Forklift and other warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and case-per-hour requirements.
• Ability to listen, understand and respond to instructions.
• Operate within SOPs and follow OSHA guidelines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Voice picking experience preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and handling product and palletizing neatly on pallets.
• Identify items for selection and ensure order accuracy using voice picking system.
• Operate an electric, double pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and productivity benchmarks as a minimum requirement.
• Keep workspace and equipment organized and neat.
• Regular, timely attendance as defined by the attendance policy.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Other tasks as assigned.
