Job summary

Graves Foods is seeking an Order Selector at our Jefferson City warehouse to pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and meeting daily benchmarks within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not always required.
• On-the-job training is often provided.
• Voice picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and handling product and palletizing it neatly on pallets.
• Identifies items for selection and ensures that orders are complete and accurate using voice picking system.
• Operate a stand up/Reach truck forklift safely and efficiently to transport product.
• Maintaining safety and productivity benchmarks is a minimum requirement of the job.
• Maintain workspace and equipment in an organized and neat fashion.
• Regular attendance as defined by the attendance policy is a minimum requirement of the job.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Other tasks as assigned.
