Job summary

KeHE Distributors is an employee‑owned distributor of natural, organic, specialty, and fresh products. The Associate, Warehouse Operations role ensures accurate receiving and preparation of shipments, operates equipment, and manages inventory with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Starting pay is $21.80/hour with premium opportunities (freezer +$2.00, cooler +$0.50, shift diff +$1.00). Growth to $24.40/hour after 90 days, plus benefits after 30 days and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack and ship shipments with attention to safety and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions and build pallets.
• Contribute to continual safety, quality, and teamwork initiatives.
