Job summary

Continental Dairy Facilities, a Select Milk Producers facility in Coopersville, MI, seeks a warehouse associate for night shift. Salary includes $23.00 per hour plus a $1.25 night shift premium; hours are 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, 2-2-3 schedule. Must work weekends/holidays and maintain USDA-ready warehouse.

Responsibilities include labeling, staging, picking, load outs, receiving materials, and ensuring product quality and on-time shipments while following GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at a high school level.

Responsibilities

• Label, stage, and pick production items.
• Load out and receive all products and supplies for the dry operation.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock.
• Keep warehouse clean and within 18” from walls; ensure USDA readiness.
• Inspect trucks prior to loading and ensure compliant shipments.
• Assist in training new personnel and follow GMP rules.
