Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Pryor Creek, OK is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Thu, 10:00pm-8:30am) to lead daily warehouse operations.

You will supervise and coach staff, ensure quality, and uphold GXO's 7S program, collaborating with leadership and other departments.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, MS Office proficiency, and preferred logistics degree or ISO/AS9100 exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse scanning systems.
• Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, AS9100/ISO exposure welcome.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations across the shift.
• Supervise the team, provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently meet service standards.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policies.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
