Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Warehouse & Materials Lead in Ohio to supervise daily warehouse operations within a cGMP environment. You will manage inventory accuracy, material flow, and safety, supporting the supervisor and team to meet manufacturing objectives.

The role requires SAP knowledge, forklift operation familiarity, and a focus on continuous improvement, with a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. Resilience offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for warehouse team members.
• Help drive priorities as dictated by management and other warehouse staff.
• Facilitate team meetings to address progress, initiatives, and issues.
• Guide team members on SOPs, control documents, and work instructions.
• Order, receive, release, and store materials and supplies; dispense in accordance with work orders and SOPs.
• Help maintain proper inventory levels throughout the site.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Use SAP (or equivalent system) to track inventory and materials.
• Serve as SAP Subject Matter Expert for the team.
• Oversee safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in spill control, hazardous materials handling, and first aid response.
• Safely transport solvents, hazardous materials, and equipment as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and support process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Assist with scheduling of warehouse/production activities and analyze data trends to identify solutions.
• Provide off-shift or on-call support as needed.
