Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Night Shift Material Handler to pick orders in our plant. You will work with a fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet, lifting up to 50 pounds while prioritizing safety.

You’ll ensure orders are accurate before shipment, operate forklifts and Raymond trucks, and collaborate with departments to route materials. This non-exempt role offers overtime and shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication.
• Experience with SAP/WMS and ISO-9001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Deliver or route materials to departments.
• Operate forklifts and Raymond trucks.
• Determine shipping method per procedures.
• Maintain safe warehouse conditions.
