Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Mount Pleasant, PA is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula to support our warehouse operations. You will transport items into trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand, following a loading plan and safety rules.

The role requires 6+ months of warehousing experience, ability to lift up to 90 pounds, and availability to work Sunday through Thursday 5:00pm to 2:30am. Day 1 benefits and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled hours and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly; capable of lifting 10–90 lbs depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer with forklift, pallet jack, or by hand in the correct stop sequence.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to the loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets with cellophane, secure loads and ensure shipping labels are in place as needed.
• Locate proper trailer slot, set in place, secure load when complete.
• Inspects pallets and moves them to proper storage areas; maintains clean work area.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE; report unsafe conditions.
