Job summary

OrePac Building Products seeks a Night Loader - Warehouse Associate for the Tacoma, WA area. This full-time, night shift role involves heavy lifting, loading/ unloading, and ensuring safe, efficient truck loading based on route sequences.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is a plus. Regular hours are 40 per week, with overtime as needed and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as designated.

Responsibilities

• Organize loading dock operations and stage products for loading.
• Operate forklifts or similar equipment to move cargo safely.
• Determine loading configurations to maximize space and stability.
• Load products onto trailers and secure them for transport.
• Complete replenishment of stock as time permits.
