HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Night Loader (Overnight Warehouse Associate) to accurately pick, build, and load customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely completion of nightly shipments.

As part of a growing team, you will operate electric pallet jacks, lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly, and maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily productivity goals and overtime opportunities in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or loading experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Basic English communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
