Job summary

QED seeks a Warehouse Associate - Overnight Loader in Aurora, CO to efficiently prepare, pack, ship and receive orders while maintaining accurate inventory. You will operate equipment, verify items, and support cross-department coordination in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Night shifts with a 7:00pm–4:00am schedule, Sunday–Thursday, are offered along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using receiving software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings shipments specific to each customer order—ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents while prepping products in staging areas for transportation or pickups.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
• Inventory management: Update inventory systems with received items and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Documentation: Complete receiving logs, file necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment use: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations.
• Stock organization: Organize and maintain receiving area, ensuring it is clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items or defective goods, coordinating with vendors for replacements or credits.
