Job summary

RXO is seeking a Warehouse Associate III for a 9pm–5:30am shift in Auburn, Maine. You will coordinate material handling activities and support the Warehouse Supervisor, using the best tools in the industry to grow and develop professionally.

You will load, unload, move and stage goods with a forklift, train teammates, and identify workflow inefficiencies. A minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations and material handling is required to qualify.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Material handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach material handling employees; assist team members as needed.
• Identify workload inefficiencies and reassign tasks.
• Utilize a warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Load, unload, move, and stack product using a forklift or other equipment.
• Pick, wrap, count, weigh, inventory or tag products and materials.
• Stage material within designated areas.
• Inspect material handling equipment and perform basic maintenance.
