Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Problem Solver in Greencastle, PA. The role offers hourly pay of $21.00 with an additional $1.50 per hour for second shift, and a schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 pm to 4:30 am.

You will operate equipment like order pickers and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. Benefits include on-the-job training, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, stock discounts, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• One year or more forklift experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support on inventory issues to Supervisors and associates.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain GMPs with safety focus.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
