Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, WMS, and ADP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Team Leaders to oversee daily activities of assigned Team Members.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure production output aligns with customer orders and shipment deadlines.
• Maintain equipment levels to safely transport and store materials.
• Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain and manage operational documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor team performance to ensure accuracy in sequencing and material movement.
• Promote continuous improvement and quality standards.
• Oversee operation of ASRS and safety practices.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive team environment.
