Job summary

BradyPLUS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service, with cold-storage work and potential overtime.

Ideal candidates may have prior warehouse experience or be entry level; a high school diploma is required. This role involves operating pallet jacks and other equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; however, entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in cold-storage/freezer environments for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior cherry picker experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills to manage inventory counts and measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; overtime as needed.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs; ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and inventory counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts after proper training.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management and attend department meetings.
• Abide by safety and compliance protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Take personal ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
