Job summary

DoorDash DashMart Nashville is hiring for a hands-on warehouse associate. You will receive and stock inventory, pick/pack orders, and prepare items for delivery. You’ll ensure quality, rotation, and safe handling while working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You’ll collaborate with team members to delight customers, coordinate with Runners and Dashers, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is required and lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or food service is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Comfort with using handheld devices to scan and process orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Pick, pack, and sort items for Dashers, using scanning tech.
• Assist in light food prep and packaging for delivery orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Runners/Dashers to guide pickups and traffic.
