The role involves forklift operation, loading/unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting across night shifts (Tue–Fri, 5:00pm–3:30am). A valid forklift license and warehouse experience are preferred, with strong teamwork and reliability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a diverse environment.
• Punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load, pick, pack, ship, and receive in a warehouse setting, including forklift operation.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing and assist with audits and totes.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
