Job summary

SanMar in Ashland, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate III to unload/load trailers, operate powered lift equipment, and move product using pallets. You will use a RF unit with High Jump to track items and complete tasks in a fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities include processing and packing orders, generating reports for error resolution, supporting inventory audits and invoicing, and maintaining safety and equipment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4-6 years in a warehouse environment; loading/unloading trailers.
• 1-3 years operating forklift or heavy equipment.
• Lift Operator Certification per OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers using powered lift equipment.
• Process orders, pull materials, pack boxes, and prepare for delivery.
• Generate reports to support error resolution in receiving.
• Support distribution center functions including inventory audits and invoicing.
• Check out and return equipment daily; inspect equipment at shift start.
• Maintain a safe, compliant warehouse environment.
