Job summary

Petco is hiring a full-time Warehouse Worker to operate powered material handling equipment and assist with inventory management. The role offers a Monday–Thursday shift from 3:45 pm to 2:15 am with overtime as needed and a pay rate of $19.75 per hour.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stocking merchandise up to 50 pounds, using appropriate equipment, and ensuring accurate labels on orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Ability to repetitively lift and/or move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass required certification to operate powered material handling equipment.
• Forklift certification or ability to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Repetitively place and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds using RF or voice system to scan and record.
• Receive, pick, package, load, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds for shipment using pallet jacks, lifts, turret trucks, or forklifts.
• Replenish inventory and perform stock counts comparing to records.
• Unload incoming shipments and load outgoing trucks with merchandise using powered equipment.
• Arrange merchandise to be staged or stocked to maintain inventory levels.
• Package merchandise with correct labels for orders.
