Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift license/certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
