Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Hagerstown, MD to join a clean, organized facility focused on safety and efficiency.

The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within Ryder's supply chain network. Base hourly pay is $19.75 with a $1.50 shift premium on night shifts; the schedule is Third Shift (D) on Thursdays through Saturdays and alternating Wednesdays, 7:00 pm–7:00 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) including maintenance and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure accurate scanning.
• Train dock employees on new procedures and maintain security at end of shift.
• Perform material moves and handle warehouse operations per location policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and participate in team activities for warehouse improvement.
