Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse dock associates to join a safety‑conscious, outgoing team in Lockport, IL. The role offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits, with a night schedule Thursday through Sunday from 9:00pm to 7:30am and opportunities for advancement within a large logistics organization.

Compensation includes $19.50 hourly rate plus a $1.00 shift differential, with an ongoing attendance incentive and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• This position requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Flexible to overtime and capable of working in non-climate-controlled conditions.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers safely.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Sort and place items in racks; move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Scan freights/parts.
