Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse dock associates in Bolingbrook, IL to join a safety-conscious team. You will stage and sort products, load and unload trailers, operate dock doors, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily productivity goals.

We offer a $22.50 per hour base rate, benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and boot allowance after 90 days. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Safety-conscious mindset and ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements
• Stage and sort products for loading
• Loads and unloads trailers safely
• Opens and closes dock doors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Move materials within the warehouse
• May operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
• Scan freights/parts
