Job summary

Grainger is hiring a Distribution Center Associate in Roanoke, TX. You will perform warehouse tasks including inbound/outbound, picking, packing, staging, and shipping with emphasis on safety and inventory accuracy.

Shifts include Night 8:00 pm–2:00 am and Morning start times. Pay starts at $20.65/hour with raises to $21.85/hour; PIE and overnight shift adds $1/hour. Benefits start day one: medical, dental, vision, life; 18 PTO days; 401(k) with company match; discounts and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and operating in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure correct shipping and inventory accuracy to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety requirements.
