Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receipt, storage and shipment processes in a New Jersey facility. You will follow SOPs, perform quality checks, and use RF scanning and material handling equipment to move products end-to-end.

This role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working a Sunday–Thursday night schedule. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, PTO, HSA, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts) as needed.
• Ability to work standing for long periods with frequent stooping or bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English with reading and writing preferred.
• Ability to work with team members to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, boxing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned.
• Cross-train in Inbound and Outbound areas.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan products with RF scanner, and input data.
• Break down cases and operate equipment to replenish warehouse inventory.
• Use voice-pick system for large/small items with handling equipment.
• Paletize large items and wrap for shipment.
• Pack small items in boxes.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, order pickers).
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control per EHS requirements.
