Job summary

Arhaus is looking for dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as General Warehouse Associate II in Boston Heights, Ohio. You will handle receiving, storing, and distributing furniture and accessories to support store and customer orders. Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30pm–4:00am.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour night shift premium. Candidates must be able to lift up to 150 lbs, pass a high school diploma/GED, and thrive in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks in a standing position for extended periods.
• Willing to adjust schedule and hours as needed to accommodate business needs/overtime.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and act as a self-starter.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity and honesty in actions.

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick – Operate power mobile material handling equipment; retrieve items for delivery or staging inventory.
• Load – Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores and customer homes.
• Receive – Receive shipments from across the globe, check shipments, unload, and rack in distribution center.
• Package – Handle returns from stores and customers, and rack within distribution center.
