Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help manage raw and packaging materials, receive, move, and track inventory in a GMP‑compliant warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training and ensure accurate data entry in SAP and other systems.

The role is entry‑level with a HS diploma requirement; prior warehousing experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $24.50/hr plus a 5% performance bonus, with a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level role; prior work experience is welcome but not required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/bend/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 12‑hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation.
• Monitor near-expiry materials and status in Quarantine and manufacturing systems.
• Replenish materials to support production.
• Issue clean, labeled materials to production and assist with disposal of rejects.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data on time.
• Support a safe, GMP‑compliant warehouse environment.
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment for compliance and availability.
• Operate PIT after training.
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM.
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards.
