Qualifications

• 3+ previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.
• Must know how to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
• Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials and products.
• Sorting, packing, and labeling items for shipment.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock organization.
• Operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Following all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Supporting team members and supervisors with daily tasks as needed.
