Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in Louisville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support shipments, stock, and order fulfillment. You will drive a truck or van to vendors, handle packing, and ensure safe operations and compliance with safety rules.

Hours are Monday-Thursday 5pm-finish; the role requires physical work, forklift operation, and weekend/peak scheduling as needed. SGWS offers competitive pay starting at $22.25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
• Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds.
• Must be able to sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving dock operations by loading or unloading shipments.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, or order-picker with safety as priority.
• Place and pull stock from storage areas of the warehouse.
• Ensure wheels of unloading trucks are chocked before unloading.
• Pick cases from bulk locations to fill forward pick locations.
• Stock forward pick locations in bottle room and full case line neatly.
