Job summary

Empire Distributors Inc., a leading beverage distributor, is hiring a PM Warehouse Worker for our temperature-controlled warehouse on Sunday-Thursday nights. You will read schedules, pick and move items, and prepare orders for loading while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Safely drives and operates forklift equipment.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Ability and willingness to select, stock, load and/or unload all products that may be ordered by our customers.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Maintains safe, organized and clean work area.
