Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Saint Charles facility is hiring for a flexible, shift-based warehouse role. The position offers a 6:00pm–2:30am shift with mandatory Mondays and a pay rate of $21.67 per hour including a shift differential.

Staffing support for additional shifts is provided, with benefits and PTO in place. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, safety, equipment operation training, and potential overtime during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as assigned.
• Wear steel-toed boots as required and work in cold temperatures during parts of shifts.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
