Cardinal Health, Inc. in Elk Grove, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to fulfill orders, pick, pack, and ship products in a fast-paced environment. The role includes Sunday night shifts into early Monday morning with additional weekday shifts, and an hourly rate of $22.26.

PTO is provided in compliance with laws; there is no bonus eligibility. The position requires lifting 35–50 pounds, working in a refrigerated area, and flexibility for schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35 to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated areas (walk-in cooler).
• Enjoys a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders: pick, pack, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist on projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
