Cardinal Health is seeking Warehouse Operations team members in California. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, perform quality checks, and support inventory control in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, and Thursday 8:30pm–5:00am or finish. Pay rate: $22.36 per hour (includes shift differential). Benefits include 401k contributions, PTO, and access to wages before payday with myFlexPay. Anticipated application window closes 2026-11-30.

Competenze

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment.
