Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a on-site Warehouse Operations role in Stafford, TX. The position offers a flexible schedule with Sunday night to early morning shifts and additional hours throughout the week based on availability.

You will handle order fulfillment, packing, and shipping while maintaining safety and quality standards. Training is provided; candidates with little experience are welcome. Benefits include paid time off per law.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• All training is provided on day one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights (20–30 ft).
• Flexible to overtime and able to bend, reach, and stand for long shifts.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus, not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; basic English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders and pick items accurately.
• Perform packing, quality checks, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control; ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
• Operate facility equipment such as order picker, forklift, and pallet jack.
