Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Knoxville to support order fulfillment and shipping operations. You will pick, pack and prepare orders, maintain inventory, and participate in cross-training across warehouse tasks.

We value flexibility to work overtime, safety, and teamwork. High school diploma is preferred, with on-the-job training provided for material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory controls for a clean, safe workspace.
• Train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
