Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. Saint Charles facility is seeking warehouse team members for a Sunday-Thursday night schedule from 7:00pm to 3:30am, or until work is finished. The role pays $21.67 per hour and is not bonus eligible, with a broad benefits package.

You will support receiving, picking, packing and shipping processes, with opportunities for cross-training and equipment certification. The environment emphasizes safety, efficiency, and reliable service to healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; training provided on first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technology or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned.
• May wear steel-toed boots during duties.
• May work in cold temperatures during parts of the shift.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
