Job summary

Peachstate Hobby Distribution (PHD Games) in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to join our team. The role offers full-time hours, a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus $1.50 night differential, and standard benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, operating forklifts and pallets jacks, order selecting, packing, inventory control, and keeping the workspace safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks is a plus (forklift/pallet jack).
• Knowledge of warehouse data systems and inventory management.
• Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and operate machinery.
• Maintain quality service by following standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; comply with procedures and regulations.
• Contribute to team effort and exceed personal goals.
• Perform other duties as directed by Warehouse Manager.
