Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Hagerstown, MD is hiring Warehouse Associates for a third shift. Compensation includes hourly pay of $19.75 plus a $1.50 night-shift premium, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Positions involve handling computer products with RF scanners in a clean, safe facility. Training is provided, with 401(k) and PTO benefits starting early. Responsibilities include packing, loading/unloading trailers, scanning accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement of warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to input data into the WMS system.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is complete.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain shift security.
• Perform picking and packing duties and check for damage.
• Carry out material moves and transactions as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and support continuous warehouse operations.
