Job summary

Midwich Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the night shift in Michigan City, IN. This full-time role involves receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory.

You will work 10:00pm–6:30am CST, Monday–Friday, in a fast-paced warehouse team environment. You will handle inventory, load/unload shipments, follow safety protocols, and contribute to maintaining an orderly, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to become certified and maintain certification through an OSHA approved forklift certification program.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and properly put away incoming products.
• Pick and pull products accurately based on customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles safely.
• Move products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
