Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a wafer fab or high-volume manufacturing
• Ability to train and develop others, and to motivate staff
• Strong collaboration with supervisors and engineers to meet goals
• Willingness to work a night shift in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to learn new concepts quickly

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer policies and procedures
• Make recommendations on direct/indirect labor
• Support and implement staffing plan for 300mm fab manufacturing team
• Lead and implement 5S efforts and projects to resolve issues in a highly automated factory
• Support and execute priority lot protocol for rapid movement of critical lots
• Select and develop personnel to ensure efficient production operation
• Escalate production issues in a timely and effective manner
• Learn processes to prevent scrap, poor quality and lost cycle time
• Communicate process changes and production goals with engineering support groups
• Drive production efficiencies through automation
• Work with Manufacturing IE to improve workstation OEE
• Balance tactical production and quality priorities to improve factory KPIs
