Job summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking a dependable warehouse associate for our night shift in Boise, ID. You will pick full case produce orders using a hands-free voice-pick headset and operate a riding pallet jack, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with voice-pick systems is a plus and can be learned quickly.
• Ability to organize orders on pallets while preserving product integrity (organic, fragile, etc.).
• Experience operating a riding pallet jack and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders using headset voice-pick system with accuracy.
• Operate a riding pallet jack to move pallets.
• Wrap and stage orders for delivery to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and adhere to food safety standards.
• Meet productivity targets (pieces per hour) in a steady-paced environment.
