Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Utility Technician to perform routine maintenance and preventative tasks across various environments. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe workspace, inspecting and repairing fleet vehicles and equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role may involve using Boom Lift/Highlift for high-rise cleaning tasks and light stainless steel cleaning. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with clean MVR are preferred, with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred.
Valid Driver’s license with clear MVR.
Forklift certification may be required.
Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean work area and comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
Follow posted safety standards and wear PPE when necessary.
Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools or replace a broken component on a production machine.
Inspect work process to ensure all projects turn out correctly.
Take direction, respond to supervision, and perform work in a team.
Understand customer service and satisfaction.
May use Boom Lift/Highlift for high-rise window cleaning, dusting, and cleaning of stainless steel and frames with light cleaning.
Other duties as assigned.
