Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring for a full-time Utility role at our Hanover, PA location. The role supports production maintenance, operating equipment, packing, and quality checks on a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM rotating shift.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while following safety procedures. The position offers full-time permanent employment with benefits and opportunities for career growth within a leading food manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, complete changeovers, lift, twist, bend, and carry.
• The ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and heavy machinery while performing required safety and quality checks.
• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including packaging machines, ovens, and mixers.
• Manually pack products and remove finished goods from the production line as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Lift and handle materials such as film, cartons, cases, and other production supplies as required.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures to ensure efficient operations.
