Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
• Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities during the night shift, including medications, labs, and treatments.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors.
• Foster collaboration with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
